Fare is a food-focused travel magazine that dedicates each issue to the exploration of a single city. Founded by noma [two-Michelin-star Copenhagen restaurant] alumnus and Chef’s Table researcher Ben Mervis, each issue is a deep dive into the particulars of a place as seen through the intersecting points of food, history, and community.

Fare’s launch issue, Istanbul, was released in May of 2017. Since then Fare has released issues on Helsinki (January 2018) and Charleston (July 2018), with its fourth issue slated for a winter release. Fare has received global media attention for its in-depth portrayal of city life, and was selected for the 2017 roundup of the prestigious OFM’s 50.
